*3. The camera cannot connect to WiFi? After the connection is successful, the connection is interrupted or the machine freezes during use?

Please check the router you are using. If it is an Amazon or Google router dual-band, it may affect our product connection. Our products only support 2.4GHz wireless WiFi temporarily, do not support 5GHz wireless WiFi. Also, the bird feeder needs to be used on a network with good WiFi coverage. In general, the effective distance from the smart bird feeder to the router is 7-10m. If the WiFi coverage signal is weak, you can add repeaters to strengthen the network signal.or please upgrade the APP to the latest version to use.

*4.Camera connected and power is on but says offline .why?

This is because the wifi signal is weak. It is recommended to check the wifi and use a stronger WiFi to connect the bird camera.(the effective distance of smart bird feeder from the router is 7-10m)
